The bus stop is right outside. If you drive, there's a parking space for your 1 car (any additional car have to be approved). There is a lot of shopping centers, and downtown DC is a half hour away.
Guest Access
You will be using a shared bathroom with other guests ( two other rooms ). Please be mindful and cleanup after yourself. I provide paper towels, toilet paper and liquid soap. Let me know if anything is running out. Use of the washer/dryer is allowed. Please use it responsibly. You'll have to supply your own detergent. Feel free to use the furniture in the space downstairs. Remember to put things back in order when done using a space. I do not have a personal maid :). Cooking upstairs in the kitchen is allowed a few times a week (not every single day). Absolutely no cooking past 11 pm. There is a Keurig Machine and toaster as well in the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself. The living room area is off limits unless invited, and is used by my family.
Good to know
The room is located in the basement of my home. It's a really big home and is walking distance from the FDA and a large shopping center. There is a park with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a field for running or playing soccer/baseball, etc. I have super fast wifi, and there is plenty of space outside of the room to relax. There are a shared fridge and microwave outside the room for convenience.
